Celebrity Cruises is Royal Caribbean Group’s premium class cruise line and fits between their more family-focused Royal Caribbean brand, and their luxury Silversea brand.  Celebrity tends to cater to a slightly older demographic than Royal Caribbean, such as empty-nesters, with fewer families.

Debuting in November, 2025, Celebrity Xcel is the fifth in the Edge Class of ships, introducing a new modern design and featuring:

• The Magic Carpet – a floating deck which transforms into a bar, restaurant and boarding platform
• Infinite Veranda Staterooms – which features floor-to-ceiling windows which open to create a veranda, and larger living space when closed.
• Eden & Rooftop Garden, with a nature inspired design.
• Parabolic Bow, with a more efficient design and smoother ride.
